Privacy choices should be simple

Information we handle

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, verified email address, and account timestamps so we can keep you signed in and apply creator limits. We store your Google profile photo URL to display your avatar in the signed-in account control. We do not intentionally retain your Google profile name.

When you use the creator, we handle the description, selected page settings, optional printed name, generation status, and generated files needed to provide the feature. We do not use the optional printed name in an image-generation prompt.

Creator files and community posts

Private creator inputs and files are retained for up to 30 days. After you review a completed page, you may separately submit it for community review. Only an approved image may be shown in the public community gallery, without your name, email, prompt, or other account information. Public community images remain available until removed by you or EarlyHue.

Analytics choice

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive page visits and interactions such as opening a PDF. IP anonymization is enabled, and EarlyHue does not use analytics for remarketing. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.

Local storage and cookies

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under earlyhue-consent. A sign-in session uses a secure cookie so the creator can recognize your account. If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set or read measurement cookies. No analytics script loads when you reject analytics or have not yet made a choice.

Children’s privacy

The coloring activities are for children, but the website and creator are intended for parents, teachers, and caregivers. We do not knowingly provide child accounts or invite children to submit personal information, photos, or artwork. Please do not enter a child’s personal information in a creator request. If you believe a child’s personal information was sent to us, contact us so we can delete it.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, measure, generate requested images, or operate the site, or when required by law. Contact messages and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Change your choice

You can update your analytics preference at any time. Browsing and printing work with either choice.
